Physical disability Assistance Dog
From retrieving dropped keys to opening and closing the washing machine. Our Assistance Dogs can do incredible things for Australians living with a disability. They help them find their independence and reduce the need of a carer.
Characteristics of a Quality Assistance Dog
Assistance Dogs are intelligent and have a strong work ethic that allows them to learn 50 cues that allow them to offer both practical and emotional support to their client. Most importantly though is the loving bond they form with their client. Always by their side, ready to take on what each day holds.
Training & Advanced skills
Through their advanced training, our dogs learn a variety of skills to help their clients with their day-to-day lives. They can open and close fridges and washing machines, find and retrieve dropped items, and even help with getting dressed.
Together they make a great team. Together they can accomplish amazing things.
